A high reliability organization as the name suggests represents an organizational structure wherein the organization has been successful in protecting the environment from any hazard or calamity for a long period of time. These organizations in spite of facing many risks and challenges because of their nature of work and risks have a great ability to avoid such catastrophes which can lead to potentially fatal threats to the environment and its habitants.
